Morning Yoga
@ the Ponderosa Pavilion

8:30 AM Saturday
A gentle flow class to help you move inward and restore. When we nourish ourselves we are better at all the things that we do. Taking a little time to move out of the past to enjoy our weekend of music and nature.

8:30 AM Sunday
Wake up to a gentle yoga class where we will make a full circuit of our bodies range of motion through breathing, standing postures, twists, forward folds, and hip openers.
Elly Heitkamp
Elly Heitkamp grew up in Pagosa Springs and has traveled extensively, but has never lost touch with her roots. Yoga has been a part of her life for more than 20 years, teaching at the Four Corners Festivals for the last 13 years. Elly was fortunate to fully immerse in yogic life through Frog Lotus International (Bali) 200 hours, Yoga Durango (Colorado) 200 hours (Colorado), and many hours with Prajna yoga (Santa Fe) Her classes are filled with asana, vinyasa flow, pranayama, and study from the yogic texts. With an extensive anatomy background developed from her massage therapy practice, she helps clients recover from injury and improve their quality of life. Elly offers a moving meditation practice with emphasis on alignment and philosophy.
Elly possesses a devotional teaching style, encouraging students to connect with their spiritual hearts, finding their inner truth and self.
