Camping Regs

  • NO DOGS (OR OTHER PETS) ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON RESERVOIR HILL VENUE OR CAMPGROUNDS. Dogs are permitted in the Satellite Camping and Springs Meadow Camping, but may not be allowed to run at large, bark or otherwise cause issues for your neighbors. This will be strictly enforced. If you show up to Reservoir Hill with your dog, you will be turned away with no refund. If you make it in with your dog and are caught, you will be evicted with no refund.  Certified Service animals with appropriate documentation are allowed as permitted by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

  • ON-SITE VEHICLE PASSES ARE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF VEHICLES: Passenger cars, trucks, SUVS, etc.; motorhomes 24' or under, trailers 16' or under, pop-up trailers (any length), cabover campers and motorcycles. Other types of campers (i.e. motorhomes longer than 24', fifth wheels, trailers longer than 16') are not allowed on Reservoir Hill. Vehicle passes are not for day parking; they must be purchased in combination with an on-site festival & camping ticket.

  • No walking entry is allowed into campgrounds until 1:00 PM on Friday. This is to prevent people who have vehicles far back in the line from walking up and reserving prime spots ahead of those who waited in line for two days. Yes, it's happened and we will do our very best to stop it from happening in the future.

  • Flagging tape and rope may not be used to reserve space in the campground. One tarp, no larger than 12' x 12', can be placed within 6 feet of your vehicle or tent to save space for your camp.

  • BE CONSIDERATE OF YOUR NEIGHBORS. There are no designated quiet/family camping areas on Reservoir Hill. While pickin' is allowed 24 hours a day, loud singing, playing and partying is not permitted between the hours of 2 AM and 7 AM. The campground is for everyone -- families, staff, volunteers and pickers alike -- and the quiet hours exist for the benefit of all.

  • Generator use is prohibited in Reservoir Hill campgrounds at all times.

  • All types of fireworks are strictly prohibited. If you are caught setting off fireworks anywhere on festival grounds you will be evicted from the show with no refund and criminal charges may result, as fireworks are illegal in the state of Colorado this includes sparklers.

  • No vehicles will be allowed entry to the campground without a vehicle pass, PERIOD. All types of vehicles require a pass; i.e. cars, motorcycles and RVs. If you are towing a pop-up camper you only need one vehicle pass for the whole rig. Vehicles may not leave and re-enter the campground. Any vehicles parked in the campground without a vehicle pass will be towed at owners' expense. YOU MAY NOT DRIVE INTO THE CAMPGROUND TO DROP OFF GEAR; WE HAVE A FREE CAMP SHUTTLE FOR THAT PURPOSE.

  • All campers must be in possession of an on-site camping festival wristband. This includes all people on the festival grounds anytime after the last performance each night. Anyone on the festival grounds on Friday, June 9 from 11 AM to 3 PM must have an on-site camping and festival pass. After 3 PM, day pass and non-camping 3-day pass holders may enter festival grounds.

  • No overnight camping in the parking areas.

  • No loud stereos, ATVs, motorcycles or fireworks permitted in campground. Motorcycles may be used as your transportation for entering the campground (with vehicle pass) but may not be used as a recreational vehicle inside the campground.

  • Please leave your campsite looking at least as good as it did when you arrived. We are on town property and want to be good caretakers.

  • KSUT Presents is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Campers must vacate the festival grounds by 12:00 noon on Monday, June 12.

  • Open fires (wood or charcoal) are not allowed on Reservoir Hill or in satellite camping areas. Propane fire pits, propane grills, propane stoves and propane lanterns ARE allowed.
