2023 Vending Information - Deadline to apply 3/30/23

Food vendors are highly encouraged to stay open during the late night stage performances on Friday and Saturday nights, which are located close to the food court area.

Merchandise Vending

​

No structure is provided; space measures 10'x10' for a single booth; 10' x 20' for a double. This is not a juried show, however handmade and music-related items do receive preference in the selection process. We make an effort to ensure there is little to no duplication of merchandise; however we cannot guarantee exclusivity. You may not sell music CDs or unlicensed festival merchandise. Past vendors in good standing are given priority; after that new vendors will be selected to complement existing vendors.

All vendors must purchase or renew an annual Town of Pagosa Springs business license (see link below)

​

Booth Fees include ONE vendor festival pass and ONE vendor vehicle pass. A limited number of additional employee passes may be purchased in advance at a discount.

Single Booth (10' x 10') - $300 • Double Booth (20' x 10') - $450

A current Town of Pagosa Springs business license is REQUIRED for ALL vendors. Please follow the directions on pages 3-6 of the application to RENEW or APPLY for your 2023 business license online.

Food Vending

​

Be sure to include your complete menu, as it will be key to deciding if your food will complement the existing food selection. Not all booth shapes and sizes can be accommodated on Reservoir Hill; please include a diagram with your layout and dimensions; contact us before applying if you're unsure - festivaldirector@ksut.org or 970.563.5788.

All food vendors will be required to place a food order with Shamrock Foods, who will supply on site refrigerated storage.

​

Food Vendor Fee includes up to FOUR worker passes and ONE vendor vehicle pass. A limited number of additional worker passes may be purchased in advance at a discount.
